ARTIST

Marisa Glasson-Costi is a native of Erlenbach on the shores of lake Zurich in Switzerland.

Rebellious, dreamy, passionate and shy at the same time, she reveals her true self when immersed in nature and atmospheres.

​

Her high sensibility for colors has been a permanent companion to her intuitive skills and the urge to modify her environment by creating and embellishing gardens and houses has never given her any respite.

​

In her work she mostly uses acrylic paints combined with all kinds of structural materials applied mainly with a spatula and utensils.

​

She prefers to paint on large canvases as it brings out her temperament translated by large and generous movements.

​

Painting offers Marisa the freedom to which she aspires, freedom of expression, freedom of interpretation...

​

Her message throughout her work is that you can find beauty in everything; it is just a matter of seeing it.
